From April 27 to May 1, 2026, in the city of Iasi (Romania), within the framework of the Erasmus+ BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) academic mobility program, a master's student in the specialty A4.11 "Secondary Education (Physical Education)" of the Higher Educational Institution "Secondary Education (Physical Education)" - Cristina Chubotaru, participated in the international educational mobility organized by the A. I. Cuza University of Iasi.

The program brought together students from different European countries, including Poland, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Croatia and Lithuania.

As part of the program, the participant attended a number of informative lectures on issues of motor intelligence, sports psychology, improving sports performance, dance and motor activity, optimal breathing, stability and mobility during warm-ups, as well as modern challenges in the field of physical activity.

In addition to the theoretical part, the program included practical classes and activities, including paddle, volleyball, basketball, coordination exercises, mobility and development of motor skills.

As part of the event, there was also communication with Romanian athletes, during which the participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss the features of sports training and the development of physical culture and sports in different countries.

The participant also got acquainted with the cultural heritage of the city of Iasi, visited the botanical garden and took part in a city tour.

As a result of her participation in the Erasmus+ BIP program, Cristina Ciubotaru received a certificate worth 3 ECTS credits / 90 hours.

Participation in international educational academic mobility programs Erasmus+ contributes to the professional development of students, the expansion of international academic cooperation, the formation of intercultural communication and the acquisition of new practical experience in the field of physical education, sports, fitness and recreation.
